Shipping & Returns Policy
We process orders Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
- In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days after the order is received.
- Orders containing back-ordered or special-order parts may require additional processing time. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Methods
We ship using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order.
- Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import requirements.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
- Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported within 5 business days.
- Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
Return Eligibility
Because textile machinery spare parts are technical and often application-specific, returns must meet the following criteria:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical components
- Special-order or custom-manufactured parts
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged
- Consumables (belts, brushes, lubricants, etc.) once opened
Restocking Fees
Standard returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on manufacturer policies. Special-order items may carry higher restocking fees or may not be returnable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. All returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Defective Parts
If you receive an incorrect or defective part, please contact us within 7 business days. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or credit depending on the situation and manufacturer guidelines. Photos or documentation may be required to verify the issue.
