Why Fiberglass Blades Matter

Fiberglass is highly abrasive and dulls standard cutting blades quickly. Dull blades crush and tear fibers rather than cutting cleanly, creating fuzzy edges, fiber pullout, and delamination in composite layups. Frequent blade changes interrupt production and drive up consumable costs.
